Terraced Dwellings at Dornoch Terrace, Highgate Hill

Constructed small lot dwelling houses at Dornoch Terrace, West End, in conjunction with the subdivision of land to create separate freehold lots. The topographical constraints of the site resulted in the approved height exceeding the prescribed building height under the planning scheme. Additional planning issues included the design of contemporary dwellings in a traditional building character area and the provision for new Council stormwater infrastructure to support upstream residential apartment buildings.
